SHIPPING PROCESS
Belle & Bowie ships from Casablanca, Morocco. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs. Belle & Bowie delivers worldwide. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are orders shipped to countries other than Morocco. International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority. FedEx International Priority typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Shipping costs and times vary with shipping location. Belle & Bowie is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Morocco, may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from Belle & Bowie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Belle & Bowie.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
To estimate shipping fees select country, state and zip code upon checkout. Shipping costs provided at checkout do not include any import duties and taxes. All orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and the customer will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery or order. See section “TAXES & DUTIES” for more information.
SIGNATURED REQUIRED
Signature upon delivery is required on all purchases. If you'd like your package to be released without a signature required, please email Belle & Bowie at info@belleandbowie.com or text us at +212 (672) 22-92-88 to release your parcel without a signature after placing your order.
Belle & Bowie is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to Belle & Bowie. All fees to ship the package back to customer will be covered by the customer. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
SCRUNCHIES
One matching scrunchie is offered per order and not per piece (excluding accessories). Regarding orders in wool, denim or in a fabric too thick to make scrunchies, you may receive a cotton scrunchie because it’s sometimes too rough to be made as a scrunchie.
Please note that the scrunchies offered with purchased may not match the piece of clothing as we sometimes don’t have left of this fabric anymore.
